For reinforcement of our SOLAR Partner team we are searching at short terms a
Project Developer (m/w)
Your tasks: Responsible for the development and construction of photovoltaic projects in all technical, legal and commercial requirements
Preparation and establishment of SPV project companies for the management and structuring in reference to the development and investment of solar parks
On site appointments, negotiations and presentation at directive and decision makers level (mayor, city council or similar local authorities)
Preparation of financial and business models and analysis for structuring of the financing and capital / equity aspects
Schedule appointment and object management
Strategic and technical market analysis with knowledge of the local markets
Correspondence in Spanish, German and English language
Your qualifications:
Degree or equivalent professional knowledge of engineering or industrial engineering
Experience in site analysis and proven experience in project development
You have a convincing personality as well as ability to communicate and share specific priorities
You work reliably with high quality in your results
You work independently, responsibly and are decisive when required
Experienced user skills with the MS Office package and especially Excel for programming complex mathematical analysis
Intercultural (professional) experience in Anglo-American and European (Spain, France, Germany and Italy) business environments
You speak Spanish as first language, German and English spoken and written
Frequent travel and temporary assignments abroad are no problem for you
